AI Training

AI training built for your team, your stack, your work.

Most AI training is generic 101 with a vendor logo on it. Yours shouldn't be. We design AI training around your team's actual stack and workflows: day-long workshops, multi-week bootcamps, or custom curriculum. Built with the same rigor our team brought to Microsoft's Coursera Copilot specialization, Harvard's summer AI bootcamp, and Brown's NSF-funded AI/Robotics curriculum. No vendor pitches. Audit-first.

Four ways we train. We adapt the format to your team, not the other way around.

  • Day-long workshops — structured one-day kickoff to lift your team on AI fundamentals and your specific stack.
  • Multi-week bootcamps — 4 to 8 weeks of hands-on labs and real-work assignments so the skill actually retains.
  • Custom curriculum — ongoing AI training program built around your team or your educational offering.
  • Train-the-trainer — we train your internal AI champions so capability scales without us in the loop.

01Why

What you get out of working with us.

  • 01.1

    Stop training that doesn't transfer

Generic AI 101 doesn't transfer to real work. We design training around your actual stack, your actual workflows, your actual people. Capability that sticks the next day.

  • 01.2

Skip the AI training that's secretly a vendor pitch

We're tool-agnostic. We won't sell you a specific platform. We train your team on what actually fits your workflows, even if that means recommending tools we don't sell.

  • 01.3

Senior instructors who actually ship AI

Our team built Microsoft's Coursera Copilot specialization, taught Harvard's summer AI bootcamp, and ships AI in production for clients. Practitioners, not theorists.

02The gap

Your team needs AI fluency, but generic training never transfers.

Teams take generic AI 101 sessions and walk away unable to apply anything to their real work. Vendors sell platform training disguised as AI education. L&D leaders buy packages that check a box but produce no measurable capability.

We solve that. We are a team of proven and vetted AI practitioners who design AI training around your team's actual stack and workflows. We deliver workshops, bootcamps, custom curriculum, or train-the-trainer programs based on what your team needs, not what we're trying to sell.

03Fit

Who we train.

We've trained teams from solo founders to Fortune-ranked companies, plus universities, edtech companies, and coaching businesses, but our best clients share a few traits.

  • If your team needs to actually USE AI, we're a fit.

You're not looking for a generic AI 101 awareness session. You need your team applying AI to real work in your actual stack, not toy projects.

  • If you've been burned by generic AI training, we're a fit.

You've watched off-the-shelf AI training fail to stick because it didn't match your team's tools, workflows, or business context. You want training that transfers.

  • If you're building capability, not theatre, we're a fit.

You want a measurable outcome: your team ships AI-touched work without hand-holding. Not a checkbox training so HR can say AI got addressed.

04How we work

We adapt to almost any team, but most engagements follow this process.

01

A structured, human-led audit

Many of our clients come in not knowing exactly what their team needs, and keep getting pitched generic AI 101 packages that don't transfer. That's why we start every engagement with a free, 1-on-1 audit of your team and stack.

  • Understand your team's current AI fluency and where the gaps are
  • Map your team's actual workflows, tools, and decision points
  • Identify what training format best fits your team and your goals
02

A 100% custom training plan

We design a training plan around your team, not a template. Sometimes one workshop is enough. Sometimes you need a multi-week bootcamp. Sometimes the answer is training your trainers so capability scales internally.

  • Recommended format (workshop, bootcamp, curriculum, or train-the-trainer)
  • Custom curriculum built around your team's actual stack and workflows
  • Specific outcomes the program will deliver
  • If continued work is needed, and if we are even the right fit
03

Hands-on training, support, and follow-on

If we're the right fit and you're ready, we deliver. Workshops run a day. Bootcamps run 4-8 weeks. Custom curriculum is ongoing. We optionally provide follow-on coaching so capability deepens after the program ends.

Sound like a fit? Let's design the training your team actually needs.

Send us your team size, your stack, and where you're stuck. We'll send back a personalized read on which training format fits, what to focus on first, and whether you need our help or can do it internally.

05Engagements

Common ways we train clients.

01

Day-long workshops

A focused, structured kickoff for your team. We come in for a day, align everyone on AI fundamentals and your specific stack, and leave them with a working playbook for their own work.

Best for
Teams that need a structured starting point. Ops, marketing, sales, recruiting, or executive teams getting their first real AI fluency lift.
Scope
Pre-workshop audit, custom curriculum tailored to your stack, day-long facilitation, post-workshop playbook.
Output
A team that leaves with practical AI capability in your specific workflows, not generic AI 101.
02

Multi-week bootcamps

Deeper capability build. Four to eight weeks of hands-on labs, assignments, and real work output. Your team learns AI by applying it to their actual day-to-day, not toy projects.

Best for
Teams that need real, retained skill, not a one-day inspiration session. L&D programs, departmental AI rollouts, executive cohorts.
Scope
Curriculum design, weekly hands-on labs, assignments using your real tools, capability assessments, follow-on coaching.
Output
A team that ships AI-touched work autonomously after the program ends.
03

Custom curriculum

Ongoing AI upskilling program tailored to your business. We design and maintain curriculum for L&D teams running continuous AI training internally as the tools evolve.

Best for
L&D directors and coaching/education businesses building a permanent AI-fluency function for their team or their offerings.
Scope
Curriculum architecture, content development, instructor materials, periodic refreshes as the AI landscape shifts.
Output
A self-sustaining internal AI training function with materials your team owns.
04

Train-the-trainer

We train your internal AI champions so capability scales without us in the loop. Your team's experts become your team's teachers.

Best for
Organizations with internal subject matter experts who need to teach AI to broader teams. Departmental rollouts that need scale beyond what an external vendor can deliver.
Scope
Train-the-trainer curriculum, facilitation coaching, materials handoff, optional ongoing support for the internal trainers.
Output
Internal AI champions equipped to train the rest of the organization on their own.
06Cases

Case studies.

  • Microsoft Copilot for Developers — Coursera Specialization

Construct Education hired FullGen as Subject Matter Expert across three courses in Microsoft's Copilot for Developers Specialization on Coursera. FullGen authored production-grade course material on practical generative AI usage in real development workflows, delivered to developers worldwide on Microsoft's official Coursera curriculum. The work shipped on schedule across all three courses with iterative feedback from Microsoft and Coursera's instructional design team.

  • AI/Robotics curriculum for 10 high schools — Brown University

Brown University's Stefanie Tellex built an NSF-funded curriculum teaching high schoolers AI and robotics through autonomous drone programming. FullGen developed core curriculum material, trained teachers from 10 Rhode Island schools, and supported deployment across the network so each school could run the course in-house. The program delivered hardware kits, course content, and trained instructors to over 200 students across the state.

  • Generative AI for institutional sustainability planning — Saint John's University

Saint John's University needed to draft a university-wide sustainability plan but lacked the bandwidth to research peer institutions' published commitments. FullGen built a generative AI workflow that pulled and synthesized sustainability commitments from comparable universities, mapped them against Saint John's own policies and values, and produced a structured draft the university could review and refine. The work compressed weeks of manual research into a usable first draft.
