A community-safety tech company was launching its first AI-powered platform. The team had a UI/UX prototype and a budget but no internal technical capacity to evaluate vendors or make infrastructure decisions. A mortgage company wanted to automate customer intake by using AI to classify and route incoming applications, questions, and documents.
