It's hard to find AI experts who actually care about your problem, your vision, or even just about you. They're strong technically but can't understand your business or goals. Or they'll sell you whatever gets them paid, whether it works for you or not. Most of my clients couldn't articulate that until after we worked together.

These commitments aren't just mine. They're how FullGen operates with every client. To save us both some time, here's what we won't do:

• We won't tell you that you need a custom build if what's best is an off-the-shelf tool or a $20/month Claude subscription.
• We won't promise AI can do everything. It's a powerful tool, not a magic one. We'll be upfront about where that line is based on your resources.
• We won't pretend we can do something we can't. If it's outside our skillset, we'll tell you.

I'd rather us be two people working a problem together. I'll share what I know, do what I can to help, and be straight with you about the rest. That's how I've built clients who come back.

Tell me what you're trying to do. If I can help in a message, I will. If it needs a call, I'll make time. The best relationships I've built started with me just being helpful. My time is more limited now, but if the budget isn't there yet, tell me. I'd rather help good people early and have them come back later.
