A note on validation

Institutional clients increasingly expect real-time, structured reporting rather than quarterly PDFs. Organizations that can deliver that faster without losing credibility pull ahead on contracts.

TIER 03
Scaling phase: Custom work on the signal pipeline
Where custom work might fit: the report validation pipeline, multilingual signal processing, or institutional dashboard automation. Each is real engineering and real money (typical build range $15K to $50K depending on scope). We would only recommend this if the ROI is obvious after we have talked, usually that means a funded contract requiring it, or a growth bottleneck you have already named internally. These are the questions we would bring to a 30-minute conversation. We don't need to work through all of them, but the ones you have answers to will help us understand where the highest-leverage AI work actually sits.
- Report production cycle. When an institutional client requests a report, what is the path from raw community signal to sent PDF? Who touches it and in what order?
- Language distribution. What languages are signals coming in vs reports going out? Is the translation step concentrated in one person, or distributed?
- Validation bottleneck. If the validation team had 30% more capacity tomorrow, what would they actually use it for, more reports, deeper validation on fewer reports, or something else?
- Tool stack reality. What is actually in use day-to-day vs what is on the org chart? The gap between the two is usually where hidden time lives.
